Mis Selling during port in

Number 9320087899 was ported in from Reliance to Vodafone at Black Berry Enterprise server plan for 399. On activation it has been found that the 399 plan is not the Black Berry Enterprise server and hence if cannot use the same as required. Request your support in having the same activated from vodafone. Official escalation mediums have been taken in vodafone but the issue remains un resolved. Net Impact on me is around 20,000 rupees.
