I Mani Prsad Samanta, S/O-Mr.Makaradhuaja Samanta and Mrs.Sabitri Samanta. A permanent resident of at-Sikhyakpada, Railway Station Road, Po/Dist-Angul. Pin-759122.
My father(age-70yrs), and mother(age-62yrs) both had taken 3 policies from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company (policy nos- 0061336162, 0061334927, 0062306068) in the year 2007 to get pension and financial support in old age. But it is very much sucking to know from the company operation department that all the policies are terminated and my parents will get nothing out of this.
Sir the advisers of the company had sold those regular policies of total Rs.3,99000 amount of premium saying them one time premium. And the saddest thing I found is two of the policies mailing address is with some other place and some fraudulent document have been attached with the bond saying that my father was absent for 2/3 months from his permanent address. This is a totally false and illegal thing. Either my father had given any such document nor he was absent from his address. This is a pure tactic to misguide the policy bonds.
My parents are innocent and my father is suffering from paralysis attack from a long time. I was also out side home from 2/3 years. So it has become late to bring it to your knowledge.
Sir, as a nominee of the above said policies, with due respect I beg to request you. Kindly investigate the whole matter and help my old parents and poor family to get benefited from our hard earned money. Hoping for an immediate positive response.
