mis sale & mentle harrashment

Dear Sir,

I was using Tata photon whiz from last 2 years , my connection no. is 09216805198. my account no. is — 977081517.

on 18-06-12 Mr. bhavnesh from Tata docomo his mobile no. 09041099344 approaches me to upgrade my Tata photon whiz into Tata photon plus.

He ask me to pay Rs.750 /- for device charges, he suggested me to take the plan of Tata high speed –

According to him in plan I will get the following benefits –

1. Monthly rental of 500/- Rs.

2. 1GB free data with speed 3.1 mb.

3. After 1 GB usage, I will get 512 kb speed for unlimited usage.

4. In every bill amt of Rs. 75 /- will be adjusted in all UP coming 10 bills as the refund of device charges.

For all these above formalities when I asked Mr. Bhavnesh for the written details of plan, he is giving to me. He refuses me that as such no formalty & plan paper available.

According to the details provided by Mr. Bhavnesh, still I have not getting good speed on my connection, all videos taking the time of 15-20 seconds for buffering to run.

Now please tell me how you people can upgrade my connection without my written agreement & without my signature on TATA PHOTON plan proposal paper…..?

Then I complaint about the same case to Tata customer care on 29-06-12, my complaint no. was — 315601641. Matter of proud for me that, it was not solved upto 07-07-12, 5pm.

Then I again complaint about the same case on 07-07-12 at 5.30 pm my complaint no. was –316734793.

On 08-07-12 I received the bill from tata docomo side, it is of rs. 1960/-. Now please tell me according to the unlimited plan of 500/- how came the bill raise to 1960/-.

All these things wasted my last 10 days, but still not get the solution.

I am mentally & financially harassed; my personnel life is also disturbed from last 10 ten days.

Due to this mis sale problem created by tata docomo side I have faced so much loss in business also.

Now I am PLANNING to go to the consumer court for the solution of my problems caused by Tata docomo.

pls look into the matter.
