Mis-represantation about plan

Dear sir, i have done M.N.P. from DOCOMO to AIRCEL at AIRCEL store, dhod-dod road, surat. The representative told me i will get 123rs’ FRC that gives me 5000sec.for 2mnth+ 1gb internet for 30 days + 1p/2sec call rate for 180 days. But i dont get it and when i called customer care, i came to knew that i get only 51rs’ FRC and that gives me 1.2p/1sec call rate and nothing else. i have contacted to both Aircel shop and customer care but they both saying different.
