Name of company/service: HATHWAY Cable

I have got a Hathway connection from a operator saying its hathway cable connection. settop box, display on TV is of Hathway only, but today when the connection was not working, & when I called hathway customer care, I came to know that the connection is not of direct Hathway. It is secondary connection provided local cable operator which has very poor quality. I have been cheated on name of hathway, as whoever has put the connection has told me it is of Hathway. when i had called hathway customer care they told the smart card number is also registered in some other name but not mines.
