mis-deduction of amount from the bank account

Location/place: new delhi

I am a customer of UCO bank and I mostly use the atm of Central Bank of India near to my residence during a cash withdrawal in january 2013 I noticed that a sum of amount rs. 10,000/- has been deducted by mistake from my account. I immediately informed my bank about this in written, the UCO bank says that they have raised the matter with Central Bank of India but it is not giving any response. therefore I request the court to look into the matter and do the needful.
