Mis behaviour/​Cheating – 15% Cashback

Name of company/service: The Moile Store

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand at ‘The Mobilestore’ store at Ameerpet near sathyam theatre on 12th April, 13. I am listing all the issues/concerns/follow-up that I had with the store. This has been purchased under the scheme of ‘15% cash back’ on Samsung selected models. Amount has not been converted as EMI hence 15% cash back as well not triggered.

I enquired with the bank and was told that the amount has not been converted as EMI by the merchant itself.

When we been to your store to enquire, response from your teams is pathetic, they do not know how to talk to customer, how to respond and instead use bad words. I feel they are trying to cheat the customer.

I see outsiders being in the store supporting the store staff, instead giving proper response or support to have the issue resolved. We do have the photo graph of the staff who behaved rudely.

I have sent an email to the customer care and have not seen any response since 3 days. Let me know how should I be approaching for a resolution
