minus amount is not revert to my saving account

Location/place: nerul(navi-mumbai)

Name of company/service: healthmart.in

I buy the product and exchange the product and take another product which is less amount ,so 1250rs is my minus amount .exchange product is delieverd on 23/10/12.but i didn’t get the minus amount in my saving account.
