Microwave kit provided after 1 month is faulty

I have bought a LG microwave from Croma on around 6th June 2012. On the microwave LG provides 3 complimentary gifts (Recipe Book, Cookery Classes and Startup Kit). The Croma sales person never discussed about these gifts. During the free cookery class we were made aware of the free startup kit that is provided by LG. On multiple follow-ups with Croma, they provided a startup kit. The kit provided has faulty items which cannot be used in the mircowave. Reported the problem to LG who is saying that since the product is bought from Croma they will only replace it. Since then have been following up with both Croma and LG for replacement of the kit. It is almost 2months now.
