I have microven Model no.30Sci.from IFB company.The product is in AMC from 10/03/2012 to 09/03/2014. The oven developed some problem in front panel and because of this I complained to paricularly co. on 23/04/2012.Complaint no.8708605. throgh customer care 18604255678.A week after company tecnician attended my house checked the product and identified loose connection problem on board.He opened the microven and took away circuit board and after a week returned with rectified board but not this model but board of some other model.Then he went back and said he will return by tomorrow that it is probably on 12th may.But that tomorrow never came.I am regularly calling the concernd official but all waste.Again on 23 July’12 the technician took microoven to their service centre saying they return it within 2 days in working condition.The company service is so frustating and redicules that they nither returning the microven nor responding.

Evry time I am calling they name some ones name to contact simply passing the buck.It is harassment,cheating and breach of AMC contract.This company has worst service back up and simply cheating the customer.
