I purchased a micromax x205 mobile from naaptol.Com vide my order ID no 456176. But the same DID not switch on initially, I thought the battery would be empty and put it for charging, but the same DID not switch on till next day. I contacted naaptol.Com and they suggested me to approach micormax service centre. When I went to micormax authorised service center at gwalior, they said the battery is not working and it will take almost 10 days to get the same and they asked for the invoice of the mobile, which naaptol.Com has not delivered me with the mobile. I complained naaptol.Com about the entire problem and asked for a invoice of the mobile vide my complaint no 3352955 and 3365631. After two days a call from naaptol.Com received in my mobile and the representative said that higher authorities of naaptol.Com will call me and suggest solution for the issue but till date no one called me or no action has been taken to get the mobile repaired.
I felt very ashamed among my friends by getting fooled by a reputed company like naaptol.Com and they have suggested that these companies only make customers fool and sell off road products through internet. Even the service representatives at micromax service center gave examples of people made fool by naaptol.Com.
I have taken risk of money and my reputation among my friends by buying a mobile from naaptol.Com. I am not roaming around micromax service centers to get my mobile repaired. Even after repeated requests they have not sent the invoice of the mobile I purchased from naaptol.Com.
