My name is Shobhit Jain, I had submitted my Micromax Phone (Model: A-87) in authorized service centre (Chauhan Communication, 308, Hans Plaza, Ambedker Road, Ghaziabad, UP) on 31-07-2013 for repair, as my cell phone power does not switch on. At that time my phone is under warranty (Purchased on 16-09.2012).
They said me that within a week they will repair it, but its more than 2 months from submit but there is no response from Micromax.
Each time I call Micromax service centre / customer care they says that they don’t have any information & tell me to wait further for one week.
I am afraid weather I will get back my phone or not.
