I had bought a Micromax Tab P-360 in Sept. 2013, and had submitted for repair in Jun 2014 at one of its service centres, Rapid Communication at Ganesh Nagar, Vikas Puri. The problem was that it was not switching on / off properly.
Now after at least 15 visits to the service centre since then, the Tab is not returned, Each time, the service centre people gave a new reason to justify the delay such as the Tab had been sent to some other branch or there was renovation work going on at the service centre or I might have to accept another Tab of inferior configuration or lower price.
The problem is that none of the guys at the service centre seems to be responsible enough to sort out consumers’ grievances nor they allow the consumers to speak to some higher level officials, who can act fast and sort out things speedily. And no body can have time to keep knocking indefinitely at the service centre with no result in the end.
Please help or suggest ways to tackle the issue more effectively.
