micromax service center issue

Hello sir/madam,

I had submitted my mobile to micromax service center from last one & half month due to mobile hang issue.The device is under warrenty.I am taking regular follow up from service center engineers but they does not give me proper update even they still not fix my mobile issue.Even thought they only tell me to call to us after two days or after three days but not giving me proper date for collecting my mobile from them.
I am complety unsatisfied from there services.thats why i am raising thuis isuue to you.
