MICROMAX PLAYING A CREEPY GAME WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS BAN THIS FRAUDSTER

i have purchased Micromax Q327 on 4-06-2016 and after three days battery of that phone start debilitating seriously i wait for 33 days for new battery but nothing happened after that i submit it for software issue but they have sent it to company for repair and company delivered it in 26 days which I found dead and a attached notice with it saying ‘this phone is dead and out of warranty now because of water’ so i raise my voice saying i have submitted it for software issue not for hardware but nothing happened they told me not to say anything on the concern because now ‘I cant do anything’ so i open the twitter i have tweet about the whole issue so they called me and we are replacing your phone so after 20 days they sent me used Q400 which already carry the pictures and contacts of old customer but that phone heats gravely due to faulty motherboard so i tried to contact the service center but nothing happened due to closing days so I mailed the whole issue and i have sent the direct message to them for contacting me but they didn’t respond after that phone gets short circuited and now they are saying it is out of warranty but i checked the t&c of warranty nothing is written there i have tried but they are not responding they are playing the cheap games and they over exploited me over embarrassed me by not responding
