Micromax mobile is Dead.

I have purchased a new Micromax canvas 3d on 5th June 2013 for 9700/- at Ask Mobiles Ameerpet. . My phone is dead after a week and is not switching on . I have taken to the customer service SV communications at Kukatpally on 14th June . It is under job sheet no : S040274-0613-4094674 .

After 5 days I approached The customer service ,They said it takes atleast 20 days ,the mother board needs to be replaced.

Another customer who came with another problem have returned after 23 days of non response from customer service and said that 23 days have passed and still you are not giving any reply.
They said We need support from micromax , they are not sending me the equipment , how can I repair ?
So how much time would it take ? the customer asked.

we cannot say that .
“Generally the company said one week “,but we say 15-20 days to the customer .
“Your phone is here right now and if you want you can take it .” the service people replied.

Then I asked the service person , by listening to their words and he said there are 460 pending complaints which have to be repaired.

I am completely sure that my phone can’t be repaired even after 6 months – 1 year if I leave it like this. The customer service are giving awesome service , that they are not responding to our phone calls. When We ask them directly about this , They said “when we are busy ,we can’t respond “.
But they are busy all the time .

My phone is brand new and I haven’t used it more than an hour. I didn’t put even a sim card and a micro sd card in it . I am completely sure that the phone has a manufacturing defect. But I can’t do anything about this . If I leave it like this , the phone remains at customer service forever.

Please give me some kind of solution in which I can make my phone working .
