when the the set was delivered and opened the two buttons of the keypad of the phone were broken. This was company’s fault. The service center’s are not taking this damage under warranty. Please help.
i ordered a tablet from that site the piece which is delieverd to me is broken and they said that u return it to us without any delievery charge but the delievery offica takes 600 rupee from me for its delievery and they says lie to me they told that if it is broken then is eplaced in 2 days but they now want 15 days for its delievery
