Hi,

I brought a Micromax funbook tab on 12th of Jun 2012, with in 6 days tab started to switch-off.However,battery indicator is showing 30%.I went to Micromax Service centre in chennai (Celltech) they took 8 days to repair and give 25th Jun 2012. With in 5 days i faced the same issue went to the service centre and called the Micromax helpline told them about the issue they have given incorrect compliant no also they promised me it will be repaired in 7 days.Now almost 15 days they didnt repair it moreover, when i call micromax helpline they didnt responding me properly and now they said it will take another 20 days to repair.i have spend Rs.6000 for funbook. every time to visit service centre i need to spend Rs.300 for transport alone. I didnt use the device properly. i want to fail a complient against Micromax and the service centre.Please suggest.
