My micromax mobile has some issue with charging so visited micromax service center 2 months back they kept my phone in center approx 10 days as the technician suggested that has some technical issue which needed repairing after 10 days when I got my mobile they did all experiments on my phone and later ….they accepted their fault that there were no hardware issue but that has some issue with charger…they apologize for their experiment and wrong doing of technician. After that I got my phone with new charger..this was the first time when irresponsible people of micromax service center could not deliver proper services…even most of the employees were rude in whole conversation….
secondly, the same issue reported few days back so visited service center again to fix issue of my phone…. this time gone beyond limits and started arguing that cell phone has been repaired somewhere else not …despite of sharing all info about last incident they were not ready to help …and said we would not repair it even …the phone was UNDER warranty…
they argued it was not repaired in service center…
cause of concern:…..even a child can easily understand that no body has extra money to waste…if a phone is covered under warranty why would customer visit different place to get it repaired after wasting their hard earn money…these people in Kanpur service center just avoiding their last fault and not helping me ….please do the needful to fix my issue as Today is lat day of warranty ..tried every thing possible to get it fix but these people are worthless and no helping customer …
Just to inform….these people has done same blunder with my other micromax phone as well and Did change IMEI no of my other phone without informing me…I should have reported the issue here however I did not do so — and forgiveness given to them. but it has became practice of them and most of the customer going back without getting assistance same like me.
Action Required:
they should accept their fault and fix the issue.
People working out there are not on Micromax payroll so they don’t care about customers as the owner of the center will pay money to them…so no caring of ruining Micromax image.
They don’t have and random check of their services so every thing has taken for granted.
All employee working their behaved illmannerd …no customer services reported amongst them.

Concern – No help given within warrant after lying to hide their fault which was done by them.+ ( even tech people seems like unproductive to handle issue where in they did fault with my other device too.)
Behavior- Totally unprofessionally behave and rude during whole conversation even without listening customer.
Warranty – Last day today..however visited them few days back to – BUT no help.
Legal and Logical advice- No body has extra money to waste ..that he would go and pay money to other to fix mobile during warranty …which can be fixed easily free under warranty. So stop hiding your fault and start serving for which you have being paid for to help customer.
