MICROMAX CHEATING CUSTOMER WITH JUNK PRODUCTS

I Bought a new funbook on 3rd Aug 2012, (P300mMicromax – 2300BAE7448B58B) within 10 days I started facing battery back up problem. given for service vide job sheet no.SALKR003R886 in Cell Tech, Egmore Chennai on 16.08.2012, but i am yet to get the replacement battery till date, when call the customer care, they need another 7 days working days time.

I need a replacement of my device with a new unit with immediate effect. should i do not get the favourable reply from your end before 31.08.2012. I will be taking up the issue with consumer forum and sue your company for selling mal fucntioning products in the market with poor after sales serivce and atrocious customer care support
