Name of company/service: Micromax
Micromax is not shipping its newly launched phone the canvas 4.After pre booking the phone on 5th Jul 2013 and paying the whole left amount on 11th July. I have still not received my canvas 4. Micromax had said that the phone will be delivered in 7-business days and they will start shipping the phone from 10th of July 2013 but today is the 12th day from the day they started shipping the phone.They do not answer any calls nor reply to the emails sent by me.

Till date i didn’t receive any response on handset delivery neither on phone call nor on written emails since the date of final payment done i.e. 11th Jul-13.
Product (canvas-4) was supposed to deliver within 07 working days as per commitment made by M/s. Micromax during Canvas -4 pre booking.
Its look alike fraud case & liable to suit in National Consumer Court or Bombay High Court whichever is suitable.
If not then warrant written explanation as defend in 07 working days.
