i have ordered a micromax canvas knight a350 phone from snapdeal.com on 14th nov 2014 i get the product on 29th nov 2014 after receive my phone i turn on the phone but after use for 7 minute is over heated and crashed then i took the set and submit the set at barabazar at kolkata service centre they said to me that replacement of your set could not be proccess cause you ordered or purchase it on 14th nov the terms & condition of replacement is 7days after purchase
i am very very upset on micromax servicess friends care bazar para uluberia on 22 december they call me and told me that your set is now fine and working great so that why i go there for receive my phon but what i see the problem is still there the same problem over heating and battery issue they did nothing to it i gave them new set they return me it after use it they take off my phones screen guard an back sticker camera,s sticker i dont know whats going on
