Micromax canvas Hd – Repair Service Complaint

Hi,

I got display problem with my micromax canvas hd mobile and submitted the mobile to the service center(SLR – SV Communications, kukutapally, hyderabad, phno – 04064577257) on 14-May-2013.

At the time of submitting the phone, the service center guys said that it will take 20 days to repair the phone. I said ok and submitted the phone. The jobsheet number/request number is S040274-0513-3728409.

After 20 days(on 3-Jun-2013), I called the service center guys and they said, “they didnt received the display part and then dont have any status updated about the phone”.

On that day I called micrmoax custmer service center(ph no. 18605008286) and they said it will take 7 more days.

Today(24-Jun-2013), I again called the micromax service center and they are saying that it will take 10 more days.

I dont kow why its taking such a long time to repair the phone. Its been a month and till now they didnt repair the phone at all.

I dont want that phone at all and I want my money (RS.15000\-) back.

Can you please take action.
