Dear sir,

I have booked a micromax phone on date of 27-July-2013 by online next shop.i have done my complete payment from my credit card.the company said that your order will be dispatch within 5 to 7 working days now 14 days have been completed but still i have not get it.so i called to costumer care no. he said that you will receive your order tomorrow,but i did not received.
kindly accept my complaint.
Please do the need full for me
