I have placed order with kaunsa.com on 18/04/2013 order no. ka/112276 on 18/04/2013 products name Micromax A116 (MOBILE PHONE ) but products not delivered till now(22/05/2013) the stat us showing is ” deliverd ” but no information of courier . i have many times call in customer care but no satifaction answer given me by customer care they gives always new dates if they can’t sent our products. I have paid for the product in advance using credit card. This is a fraud company. Need some help.
