Dear Sir,
I have purchased my canvas 2 phone of micromax company on 20 th feb 2013. Since then I’m getting harassed by this product as this piece of crap is good for nothing. The product has already submitted 3 times to its service center by sparing time from my busy schedules,
Still this phone is having same problem, it doesn’t get charged, doesn’t get connected to computer through usb.the service center people response found to be poor n ineffective, the motherboard of phone changed 3 times. I have sent mail to company but still no concrete action from their end. Kindly look into it n pl refund my money as no longer I want to use micromax product.
