Micromax A100 – Repair Complaint

Dear Sir / Mam,

Myself Sumit Kumar Singh, I have Micromax A100 which I had purchased on 30-09-2012.

Dealer – Mobile Zone (G-12A, Savitri market, Sector-18, Noida – 201301)

Model no – A100

IMEI No. – 911233800325479

For the same I am facing problem.

At that time when I purchase this mobile, from to till date I visited your service center more than 20 times for Mobile hanged problem.

I complained several times for permanent solution but still I am facing the same problem. When I visited last time then service person told me that, do not download more than 30 MB

Game because its not supported. Ok.. After that I uninstall all the game related apps also I never download any apps which is more than 25 MB.

After that one day when I was going to connect WiFi in my mobile that’s time system again hanged and the same process… I again visited the service station..

Now its running and this time I am not using any apps or game or anything, I am only using this phone for calling and dialing.

Now these days one different problem I am facing, which is after receiving any call when i cut the phone and mobile put on the table after that some Phut -Phut (Silent) noise coming from mobile.

I can’t understand what’s going on with this system. Dear Sir I am also a part of service that’s why I can understand the product problem, because of the same I keep my mobile, i never did any huge complaint and

also i never call your customer service. Because I think that after servicing, problem will be solved.. But after lots of tries I had frustrated…..
