Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased one Micromax Doodle 3 handset on 9th May’14 and the same went wrong on 6th July14 as such I have submitted the phone to service center and since then I have been waiting for my phone. Despite of several phone calls & mails to customer care I didn’t any positive feedback and nor do the provide any specific time for resolution. They neither provided me the device repaired nor did they took step for replacement. Micromeax Job Sheet No: E030749-0714-10686616 & Case ID: MMX1407141089. As my phone calls and mails are getting hampered, it is very hard to keep away without phone. Please help me in this regard.
