This is in reference to the product (powder and oil) I purchased from Metaslim. I purchased the product from Metaslim after going through their advertisement on television. The purchase was received on 17/06/2013 Order# 3803814 (15/06/2013). After using the product, I put on weight rather getting rid of it. The product is useless and not worth at all. I called the customer care today but I was told the product had to be returned within 15 days of the received date which is a contradiction of what they said when I made the purchase that we can return the product after 15 days of the usage as promised by their Sales representative Tejpal Sandhu. I was told that if not satisfied, a agent will come to my address to collect the product and return the money. The customer care representative told me that I should have called them after 10 days of the usage. She told me that the product needs to be received by them within 15 days of the purchase. I was never informed of this. She asked to send a courier, which will take another 2-3 days. Thus surpassing the deadline of 15 days. Today is the 14th day and I haven’t used the product for last 3-4 days. This is a fraud and I feel betrayed, duped of my money.
I hereby request the authorities to take a stern action against Metaslim and if my money could be arranged to be returned. I request all others not to purchase this product. It is fake, useless and the company is fraud.
