AGAIN AND AGAIN MESSAGE ME FOR DOCUMENT SUBMITION

Hello, i have changed my service provider from idea to airtel . So i submitted all the documents to airtel office but after 1 day of submission again i got message from them submitted your documents within 24 hrs otherwise you are not able to use our service then again i went there and submitted my documents but now again again again i got message from them so please help me as soon as possible the disconnect my sim and i have some urgent work they bother me in featival time.
