mentally harrased

I wish to report an incident of extreme harassment caused by #Reliance Broadband agents.
A person by the name nisha Gupta called up from mobile number 9015160725 introducing herself as a advocate and threatened to lodge a complaint at a Delhi court for non-payment of some INR 1650 for an already surrendered number. (compelled to rush to delhi) The final bill for the number was settled long back when the connection was discontinued and no further communication on the same was ever sent by Rcom. Though we understood that it was one of the gimmicks employed by the recovery agents it did cause mental discomfort. We have been an old customer of Reliance Broadband subscribing to your internet services since 2007. The service received however, to say the least had been pathetic so far. Most of the time there is no coverage and even if by chance sometime we find ourselves in the network area the net speed drops to a level where even the simple google homepage takes eternity to load up properly. When a complaint was registered for the issue, your agents explained the reason to be a problem with the device and suggested a new 3g device. This device was therefore surrendered, the connection discontinued and a new connection registered. All bills were settled at the time. However today suddenly an uncouth recovery agent calls up posing as a lawyer demanding a payment of INR 1650 about which we had no clue.
I hope you can understand that getting this sort of call in the middle of an important meeting can bring only irritation, soreness and a wish to lodge a complaint in consumer court. This sort of cheap gimmicks from recovery agents can only bring bad publicity to the brand.
It is very shocking that the company decides to share phone numbers and details of customers to cheap agents without even a little deliberation. Please take appropriate aactions
