MENTAL TORTURE & HARASSMENT

I had purchase 2 Idea Sims with benefit for both having free Idea to Idea call. with rental 149 and 249 respectively.
But on my first bill comes with RS.1100/- (Includes unnecessary additional charges); whoever the Idea person sale those sim cards to me, He told me there is no additional charges to be added.
After that, I had block my sim cards and stop using the Idea service.
some time back I started getting calls from the retention team about the you having outstanding balance remaining is 1800/-
As I Communicate them they agree on settlement amount of 1100/- which is my first month bill which I had paid to Idea already.
I got call was made from a number “09718036817? by some Bharti-Delhi court fraud investigation team.
I want to complaint for the fraudulent collection and the harassment that they have caused by calling me again and again for the same.
