mental torture and extracting money

Dear Sir,
In Nov-2011, I got a Tata Postpaid Sim from a channel partner names vishal enterprises and they promised me of a reebok watch which they never gave to me, I verbaly and via mail informed them since I am cheated I will not pay any bill neither I am responsible, please stop my services. since then I didn’t used that sim. But what I noticed after some days they started calling me, abusing me and started to warn me of the dire consequences.
Then as I have used the sim for some time although for very little time, I deposited the bill and my outstanding was 0.
Now again after 2-3 months I am getting the call for bill, this time I haven’t use the SIM,not for even a second.
please help me by taking up strongly with Tata Docomo or channel Partner.
