mental harrasment over the non availability of services provided by reliance

I am a consumer of reliance broadband from last september 2012.In recent past one week, i had a horrific incident relating to my broadband sevices as it was not functionong at all and there was no feedback at all of my numerous complaints and they were not answering questions properly that is giving wrong facts like theft of wire and etc. I had a real mental trauma as my whole week buisness has been delayed due to it.Please do take some action .
