I purchased my laptop on 12 novemeber 2012. But the laptop is not functioning normally due to some technical problem. Being under warranty i approached the Sony Viao service center, they only upgraded the softwate. But the problem didnt resolved and approached them 4times with the same issue till date, claiming a software issue they changed my hard disk unnecessary. So therefore I eventually got fed up and asked for a replacement as they themselves couldnt solve the problem. and due to this I suffered both financially and mentally running around them. They are not ready to give me written assurance that the problem wont persist not they are willing to replace the same. Kindly help!
