Dear Sir/Madam,
I was having a postpaid mobile connection through Vodafone. My mobile number is 9884450528. Due to poor customer care support and connectivity related issues, I have promptly ported out to Airtel from 26-09-17.
In the meantime, I have received the final bill for the period from 01-09–2017 to 30-09-2017 for Rs. 471/- on 02nd October 2017. I have cleared this due before porting out to Airtel as per the existing norms. I am promptly paying my monthly bills on time with the Airtel till date.
Recently, I have started getting mails from Vodafone’s legal team that a sum of Rs. 223.14/- is outstanding in my account for the period dated 10-07-17 with a warning to clear the dues within two days failing which my movable/immovable properties would be attached. It is being received every third day from them. They have given two contact numbers to get the clarification on the issue.
After a prolonged attempts, I could contact one of their executive. I have explained the entire episode to her for which she has assured to revert with a solution which is eluding for the last two to three weeks. I have further told her that if any amount is really needed to be paid, I would do so after giving me ample evidence of my non payment. Till date no such clarification has been received from Vodafone.
Yesterday, I have again received similar mail, which is not understood. I am mentally harassed by the action of Vodafone. I have never defaulted my monthly dues but getting such harassing mail after porting out from Vodafone is baffling.
I need proper justice for my complaint. Thanking you,
Yours truly,
Vathiraj P
