Sales person from tata DoCoMo has offered a excellent services of Vdata. Being impressed we have opted the services & in the very 1st month we received a usage bill of Rs. 3146/- which was against the commitment made during opting of services. We denied to pay the bill & the matter was raised to Lok nyayalay Pune in Sep 2012. Said matter was settled having we personally appeared the forum. The settlement was done in our favour by waiviering the amount & friendly settlement . Over a period of 1yr I have received the notice from lok nayalay to be present in court for same matter. Am asking is the way the services or an customer is handled by such a renowned organization like Tata DoCoMo… Hence I require your help to take up the matter from your side to resolve this case as a Mental Harassment from my side. Would be very thankful if you attend the issue. I would also like to claim a reverse amount from TATA DoCoMo for said harassment & consuming my valuable time for sparing in resolving this issue.
