My network connection provided by DNA infotel pvt ltd. with username “akshaydp” is been out of service since 8th july 2013 to 14th july 2013 I complained several times during these days (enclosed herewith complaint no.-87617) on 8th july 2013 but no problem was solved and no professional was sent out to look after the issue. I talked to Mr. Brijesh who is one of th company’s representative but he did not respond in a manner and literally denied to provide me the service even when I have paid all the fees they charge for 6 months. This is been causing me a lot of trouble and mental harassment. I’m hopin your help.
