Hi Team,
I am dealing major problem with SBI credit card team they are not able to solve my basic query of changing my new mobile number from last two months bcoz of which i am not able to do new online transactions.
Two days back also i called them and they said 48 hrs today when i called back they said its not done its will take another 48hrs.
Can you please help me in solving the issue. I am trying to book flight from last two days but unable as my SBI credit card is not working. Will SBI pay increase of ticket amount to me. This is serious concern which is mentally harassing. SBI credit team is pathetic.
