membership registration didn’t given after taking money

Name of company/service: Indian Association of Physiotherapist

I have applied for membership of Indian Association of Physiotherapists along with Rs3000(DD).but they didn’t given registration nor refund the money.I have mailed so many times regarding the issue but didn;t receive any reply.
