MEMBERSHIP -CAMBAY

Location/place: AHMEDABAD

Name of company/service: CAMBAY HOTELS & RESORT

I have been offered the Cambay Hotel and resort membership for 10 years. I have paid appr. 26063/- from credit card as advance on the condition that signed memebership document will reach to me withing one month. (30.09.2012).I have not been informed about the procedure for cancellation of membership.

Now, when I was not satisfied with their offer and requested them to cancell and refund my advance giving reason that dissatisfaction and document was not sent to me till date.

They arguing that they have send the document.

Pl. advise.
