Sir I have approached Medzone for starting a franchise in tadipatri after seeing their ade. They collected 10 thousand from me,they have given some wrong addreses of their franchise in Bangalore.After approaching many people i found they will not provide any assistance to the dealers. They have taken 5 thousand in cash and 10 thousand online from me.I have not signed any bond with them, they failed to give proper address of their franchise and also they dont have any medical store in Bangalore.I have asked my money back and they are not lifting my calls and not responding. Even i have approached to set up in Bangalore , i have paid 158000/-. After that they did not help to identify the Pharmacist and not send goods (Laptop, Boxes, Printer) they have promised. i am keep on chasing with them to refund my money. Register FIR also on them.

Did you visit any of the offices before posting this message?
The number you have mentioned is still live and we never received any call for the same.
What was your commitment to the company for the amount paid?
What are the corporate terms shared with you for this small amount paid?You have not shared your part anywhere in this message, it seems to be weird.
We have never met any person named Mr. Fayaz in our office.
We have successfully opened 2 outlets in the said location last year.

There is a sales guy called pravin and their boss Mr. Daniels who is the biggest fraud.he claims to be a doctor but he is just a pharmacist. I have all of their social media details with me as well as all the converstaions.They asked me to pay 158000 for franchisee fee and I paid.. eventually due to covid I had to cancel the franchisee and asked for refund..I even agreed for the penalty clauses if any. But these guys are big cheats. Several followups I did but none of them bothered for my refund. They run the company by cheating ppl. Taking their hard earned money..I am eventually raising an FIR against them in Bangalore. Never ever believe them.
