TO YOU I GOT ONE LETTER ON 5/APRIL/2012 READING THE REQUIRMENTS FROM YOUR SIDE I SUBMITED ALL MY CONSULTING DOCTOR’S LETTER AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND ALSO A COVERING LETTER WRITTEN BY MYSELF AND THIS ALL I SUBMITED AGAIN TO YOUR MUMBAI OFFICE OF TTK ON 12/APRIL/2012 AND IT WAS SEND TO YOUR CHENNAI OFFICE ON 13/APRIL/2012 THE RECIPT NO . IS 13544678276 AND TOLD ME TO AIT FOR A WEEK FOR AN REPLY , THEN I CALLED YOUR TOLL FREE NO. TALKED TO YOUR PERSON HE TOLD ME WE HAVE YET NOT GOT THE LETTER REPLY WHICH WAS SENT TO ME AND ASKED ME TO WAIT ONE MORE WEEK AND I WAITED . THEN AGAIN I CALLED TO YOUR TOLL FREE NO. THEY TOLD ME THE SAME WORDS AGAIN THEN I WENT TO YOUR MUMBAI OFFICE AND SHOWN THE XEROX WHICH WAS STAMPED BY YOUR OFFICE PERSON AND AT LAST THEY GAVE ME AN RECIPT NO . OF THE DOCUMENTS SENT TO CHENNAI OFFICE AND THAT ALSO VERY NEXT DAY THEN I CALLED YOUR TOLL FREENO. AND GAVE THEM D DETAILS THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR ONE WEEK I WAITED . AGAIN SAME I CALLED YOUR TOLL FREE NO. THEY TOLD ITS UNDER PROSSES WAIT FOR ONE WEEK I WAITED AGAIN . THESE IS HAPPENING EVERY WEEK I CAL THEM THEY WAIT .AGAIN TODAY I CALLED THEM THE SAME ANSWER IS GIVEN WAIT FOR THE WEEK AND NOW ITS MORE THEN TWO N HALF MONTHS NO REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE .

DR, SANTOSH ( A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR SIDE )HAS VISITED TO MY HOME AND I GAVE HIM ALL DOCUMENTS WHICH HE ASKED ME TO RE SUBMIT ( DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE INDOOR CASE PAPER OF > SHRI BALA HANUMAN HOSPITAL & AMAR NURSING HOME & LILAVATI HOSPITAL WHERE I HAVE BEEN ADMITTED AS PER CLAIM DETAILS I HAVE SUBMITTED TO YOU N HE ALSO TOOK A PHONE RECORDING OF ANSWER FOR THE QUESTION HE ASKED ME ) IT WAS FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS BEFORE TODAY AS HE TOLD US THAT AFTER A WEEK CALL ON TOLL FREE NO. FOR THE STATUS FOR MY CLAIM . I CALLED TO THE TOLL FREE NO, THREE TIMES AFTER DR, SANTOSH VISITED I AM GETTING THE SAME ANSWER FOR THE STATUS ie YOUR CLAIM IS UNDER PROCESS THE SAME ANSWER AM GETTING FROM LAST FOUR MONTHS FROM YOUR SPOKE PERSON . I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHEN I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS N ALL BILLS N RECEIPT N ALL REGARDING DOCUMENTS THEN WHY MY CLAIM IS STILL UNDER PROCESS N NO REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE

    Main medical main complaint karna chahati hau. Mujhe galat treatment say meri eyes kharab ho gayee hai. ek nahi balki doneo. Ab mujhe operation karawana padega. Meri condition bahut kharab hai. Mujhe dikhne main bahut pareshani ho rahi hai. Main ek hospital ke opposite apni complain file karwana chahti hau. Kya aap mujhe sahi procedure //complain file karne ki saral vidhi batayange. Main Indore me rahti hau. Meri Madad kijiay.
