My Self Nitin Rameshkumar Vaghela, I am from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I have purchase ICICI Lombard Medical Insurance Policy via “THE RUKHMANI CHARITABLE TRUST”. Actually few years back my father got an accident & he was hospitalized for the surgery during May-June 2011. So, I had courier my Mediclaim File (File No. 7) on 12th Aug. 2011 to THE RUKHMANI CHARITABLE TRUST but I didn’t get any kind of answer or Cheque yet. So, I please help me to do my process further. It is a big amount for me as I am belongs to a middle class family.
