mediclaim amount pending from 8 months

Dear sir,
Myself Satyendra kumar shukla have Bharti AXXA general
health insurance corporate group policy my card no is10011130005079 and my policy no
is GHS/Q0056599/82/02.

Sir, in my policy new born baby was covered from first day of birth.
my new born b/o hemlata shukla ,d/o satyendra
kumar shukla) date of birth is 28/03/2014. she got hospitalized in fatima hospital Lucknow from date 31/03/2014 to 13/04/2014 and i submitted her mediclim form with all original documents in his lucknow office on 04 may 2014.

but bhartti axxa general insurance company not cleared my claimed amount till now i called mailed many times but no positive response found from there end.
