I am lt colonel Rakesh Sharma, working with Indian army since last 16 years i oct 2010. I booked a plot with Mayur Group Builders ltd at their Mayur Brundavan in Bangalore and paid booking amount of Rs 1 lac. However, later i decided to pull out of the project and filled all the necessary details as per the company’s requirements, and filed for refund of my booking amount. I deposited all the papers at their office and they received my papers at their office in feb 2012. Since last one year i am trying to speak to them but no response is being given by them. It is more than a year and this fraud company is not responding to any request due to inherent problems of my profession.Ii am unable to meet them often and this is badly hampering my financial state.
