MAX – A fraud brand

Hi everyone

I purchased a shirt on 30th October 2013 with a condition agreed by sales man that i can get the shirt changed within november 2013. When i visited the outlet yesterday(22nd november 2013) for the change they denied doing it like anyting and start talking about the false rules and regulations. They said it should be get changed within 15 days of purchase.
Customer service of the MAX was unable to being any relief to a common man.
Please help us out.
