I don’t remember using services of the above mentioned company (Matrix cellular) and I have received a court summon.
This happened years ago where I had returned the SIM back to the company on the spot (in airport)as the sales representative did not know any of the terms of usage. Despite explaining this the company has sent me a court summon. This is total injustice done t o a person like me who has never defaulted any payments in my career span. Hope someone could give me a right answer for this unjust company
