Material Returned but Refund not being processed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased online MI 20000 Portable PowerBank from Ebazar Ninja around middle of December-16 of Rs. 899/-. The same material was not in good condition so I have requested to get it return and refund me the same amount. The same was picked return by courier agency and provided receipt against pick up.

I have been following for this refund from January-17 but they haven’t been processing the same. I have written many emails but they are not responding properly. Even I called on their customer care 011-43482200 many times but every time they provide the same answer that you may be contacted in next 48 hrs.

I am so tired with such follow up for my refund. Now I want your help to get my money back. I hope you will do the needful at your earliest. I have all email communication proofs regarding follow up. I can be contacted on +91 9768372897.
