Material not received

I have place order no. 25031719 for 100% Waterproof Mattress Cover on 28/10/14 along with advance payment but still I have not received the material. I have contacted customer care lot of times but every time they committed to take some action. I have also requested to cancel my order and refund the amount but still the amount is not refunded.

Please take the matter with shopclues and get resolved the issue.
